Delivery Timelines

• We use third-party logistics services (preferably Shiprocket and its courier partners) for order deliveries.

• Standard delivery time is 3–5 business days for metro cities and 5–7 business days for other locations.

• Delivery timelines may vary based on your location, pincode serviceability, weather conditions, or unforeseen courier delays.

Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

• We may offer free shipping on orders above a certain purchase value, as communicated on the website.

 

Tracking Your Order

• Once your order is dispatched, you should receive an email and/or SMS with the tracking ID and courier partner details.

• You can track your shipment on the courier’s website using the provided tracking ID.

Delays & Liability

• While we partner with reliable logistics providers, delays caused by courier partners are beyond our control.

• Vijay Arogyam shall not be held responsible for delays due to incorrect addresses, customer unavailability, or circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, strikes, lockdowns, etc.).

Customer Responsibility

• Please ensure that the shipping address and contact details provided are accurate and complete.

• If a package is returned due to incorrect address or multiple failed delivery attempts, reshipping charges may apply.

 

International Shipping

• Currently, we ship only within India. International shipping will be introduced in the future.
